Sensation Station are able to provide support and advice to parents who are in need of guidance when employing a 1:1 assistant to support their child in school.  We recognise that it can be challenging to find a suitable individual who can work effectively with your child and due to the sponsoring process and expenses, it is very important to increase the chances of finding the right person for the job. We therefore provide guidance to parents based on our expertise and experience. We also recognise that once recruited, 1:1 Learning and Therapy Support Assistants (LTSA’s) benefit greatly from continued support and supervision to ensure they are facilitating the child to the best of their abilities.
