This training will develop the educator’s and school staff’s understanding of Inclusive Education. Key research-based areas to consider when moving from a traditional school to an inclusive school. Learn best practices in linking assessment and instruction using a data-driven framework to guide and measure student success. Focus on academic strategies for children with learning difficulties and disabilities. Learn how develop an effective program for children with learning disabilities. Learn how to conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment, collect data, and make instructional decisions based on results. Discover the importance and ways to identify gifted and talented students

Look at long-term impact on countries both from an inclusive side and financial side. Look at ways to involve community, family, schools and community organizations in the growth. Examine current research for possible keys to support the needed changes for inclusive education.
