Alyssa has been working with children since 2019 across community and clinical settings in Canada and New Zealand, gaining valuable experience supporting children with a range of developmental, sensory, physical, and learning needs. Her areas of interest include autism, ADHD, physical challenges, motor delays, and generalised developmental delays. Alyssa believes that every child is unique and takes a collaborative, family-centred approach to therapy. She works closely with children and their families to identify meaningful goals and developpractical strategies that support participation, engagement, and independence across the home, school, and community environments. Her neurodiversity-affirming approach is grounded in the belief that, with the right support, under
cooking, or attending a relaxing yoga class.
